The “Salut” home butter churn is designed for making small amounts of butter from high-fat cream by repeated churning.


The churn assembly consists of a hard tank, an operationally reliable electric motor drive, a screw, a an impeller, a condenser and an overheat relay.


Cream is put into the tank of the butter churn; its amount should from at least 5 liters (minimum volume) to 8 liters (maximum volume) which is a little greater than one half of the butter churn’s volume. The process of butter churning takes from 10 to 30 minutes.


Using a “Salut” butter churn you will get 2,8-4 kg of butter from 8 liters of cream.


This butter churn will let you make butter not only from the cream got after milk separation but also from home-made cream.


This butter churn works intermittently: you have to make a pause after 30 minutes of continuous operation.
