Merry Farm insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

If a defective/scratched/bent product is received, we will send you a replacement of spare parts at our cost if you will send us photos of broken details as proofs.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
We also accept online payment via PayPal and 2Checkout.

Payment must be received within 7 days after you placed the order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it for a refund, exchange or credit. All returns must be made 30 days from date of purchase. Any product not in original packaging or in sellable condition will not be eligible for a return. Additionally, return items that are received back damaged are not refundable. Original Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable and shipping costs for the return of any item/s is the full responsibility of the customer.
To Complete a Return

We guarantee your satisfaction.
All equipment is guaranteed up to 60 days. Consumables such as light bulbs and normal "wear and tear" are not included.
The warranty does not belong to the damages that arise due to the client’s fault, or due to the improper storage or application.
Beyond 60 days all products are covered by the manufacturer.
You will need to return the item for repair to our office in Ukraine. Shipping and/or handling charges for the repair of any item/s beyond 60 days is the full responsibility of the customer.
You can buy spare parts for your item in our store or contact us using e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
These items must be reported by the next business day. After the next business day, we cannot be held responsible. You MUST keep all your packaging materials and original shipping box with the label in order for us to file a claim. Failure to do so will forfeit any damage claim.
